Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

  Place the components in their original anti-static packaging and secure them within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the parts are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
